How do I wash my tee? 

Do not wash on high. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How do I care for my earrings?
All earrings are designed to be lightweight, handmade and carefully packaged. To maintain the quality of your Feminist Speakeasy earrings, store carefully away from liquids or objects that may discolor the luster of the metals, woods and reduce the longevity of the glues and paint. Sterling silver can tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. Use a sterling sliver polishing cloth to prevent this.

What is the return/exchange policy?

If you received the wrong item or have fit issues email us at feministspeakeasy@gmail.com, with your name, the name of the products, indicate if you are requesting a return or exchange, and your reason for requesting a return or exchange so we can confirm in writing if your request is approved. Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt of the order. If more than 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. f you require products delivered by a certain date, please email feministspeakeasy@gmail.com to verify your product availability. Feminist Speakeasy does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Domestic orders: 

Your order should arrive between 2-7 days from shipping date, depending on how far you are from Chicago.

International orders:

These can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive, and even more during holidays. Please keep in mind we can't control how long it takes customs and border patrol to release the shipment once it arrives in your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are sent via email. Please double check the email you provide while ordering. If it has been 7 calendar days and you have not received a tracking number via email please email customer care at feministspeakeasy@gmail.com

My order is marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. Before contacting us, please double check the address you provided. If your address is correct please contact the mail carrier and provide your tracking number. Shipping costs are paid to them to ensure you receive your package, track it down if it's misplaced or replace the money you lost. If they are not responsive please contact us via email feministspeakeasy@gmail.com If the mailing address provided during checkout is incorrect we can not replace your item.

What happens if my package is lost, delayed or damaged?

Feminist Speakeasy is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed shipments or damaged by the carrier and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.  Shipping costs are paid to them to ensure you receive your package, track it down if it's misplaced or replace the money you lost.
